LUKLA HERE WE COME

After a relatively quite night last night, we enjoyed our thick air amble with an easy climb up the Lukla Hill, with our new fitness.

Despise a lack of other trekkers or climbers in Lukla we managed to do a bit of a pub crawling. A lot of the places where closed, and those open where empty.

A northern hemisphere vs. southern hemisphere pool tournament at a local bar ensued. Aussies and Kiwis gave the others a 3 nil thrashing, and drank quite a few more beers!

Then on to the “Irish pub” for a couple of Guinness each, where we all bought “Lukla Irish pub tee-shirts” Back to the Tea house to say thanks to out wonderful Sherpas, and a few more drinks with them!!

Phew!

Slept like a baby, or was it a state of unconsciousness..?
