Programme

It has taken over a year - but I think I'm ready

The last twelve months have been pretty focused, working on cardiovascular fitness and strength training - running, gym, and a long series of steep uphill walks carrying my full complement of gear.

Climbing on Ruapehu and on mountains around Wanaka and time in Nepal have hugely increased both my climbing skills and confidence, and given me some experience of working at altitude - I'm really looking forward to the challenge. 3 Peaks Expedition Programme
